Natural diamonds have been a part of our collection since we first began. We use them throughout all of our collections. From our beginnings, we always ensured that our diamonds were ethically and responsibly sourced, following the highest global standards and offering a superior grade and cut of stones. A few years ago, we began to design with vintage diamonds, stones that were taken from jewelry pieces that sometimes dated to the late 1800’s. We recognized that these stones were enchanting for both their unique history and from the fact that they helped to create a circular product lifecycle where older pieces can be made new for a new generation of customers. As a company that aspired to be a certified B Corporation – a designation we achieved in 2020 – this idea was very important to us. Using these types of stones allowed us to think about sustainable diamonds and responsibly sourced diamonds in a new way. This led us on a path to expand this initiative and create a collection known as Diamonds Reborn. This collection will begin with expanded usage of recycled diamonds in 18K gold pieces. When we think about vintage diamonds, we tend to consider stones we repurpose that come from jewelry pieces that were made over fifty years ago. With recycled diamonds, the age of the styles they come from can be anything under that age. Diamonds Reborn will be a collection featuring sustainable diamond rings, necklaces, bracelets and earrings. We will continue to expand the collection over time, going deeper into our offering of sustainable diamonds and sustainable.
